Calypso Resort Towers
The Calypso Resort and Towers is located on the western side of beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Calypso Resort Condos are across from Northwest Florida’s premier shopping and dining destination, Pier Park, which features several beach-themed stores and restaurants, a sixteen screen movie theater, plus many of the popular national chains.
All of the Panama City excitement is within easy walking distance. Try your hand at fishing on the new Russell-Fields Pier. The pier is located on the Gulf of Mexico, adjacent to the resort and across from Pier Park. Meanwhile, Frank Brown Park and Sports Complex, one of the panhandle’s leading sports and recreation sites, is only a short five-minute drive away.

Special check-in instructions:
At the time of your arrival park in the unloading zone located in front of the West Tower. To access the condo please take the elevator to the 22nd floor of the West tower. The unit number is 2204 and is to the right of the elevator. The access code for the front door will be provided with your agreement prior to arrival. Parking Decals and resident wrist bands will be left on the kitchen counter. Parking Decals must be displayed on your windshield at all times. Wrist bands must be worn at all times to access amenities.
At this point you have two options for unloading:
Option 1: You may unload all of your things at the unloading zone and then retrieve the garage decal from inside the condo. Then park your vehicle in the parking garage after you are done unloading.
Option 2: You can go up to the condo and retrieve the parking decal and then unload items while in the garage. For your convenience carts are available on the third level of the parking garage. Also the catwalk to access the main building is located on the third level of parking garage.

During the high season, the reception desk is open from 8 AM-6 PM Monday-Friday and 9 AM-6 PM Saturday-Sunday, they will be happy to help you with general questions but we are not associated with them.
During the low season, the reception desk is open from 9 AM-5 PM Monday-Saturday and closed on Sunday.
Tenant:
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.
During the spring break vacation period, the age policy will be strictly enforced and identification of all guests will be examined by property security. If guests are not 25 or older, the full amount of stay will be forfeited; no refunds. Occupancy limits in guestrooms are strictly enforced. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
● Pool policies are clearly posted by the pool, wrist bands must be worn at all times
● Towels, flags, banners, clothing are not allowed to hang over balcony railings
● Coolers are not allowed to drip from balcony
● No feeding birds from balcony
● No smoking any place in the unit even on the balcony a 1,000.00 fee will charge for non compliance!
● No pets allowed
● No more than 10 people in the unit at the same time
● Close sliding glass door while AC is on
● No trash to be left out by the front door or balcony
● Room towels are not allowed on the pool or beach
