It is important you understand your accommodations are located in apartment home communities and unlike hotels there are no check-in desks or receptionist at the time of your arrival, be sure to follow your check in instructions and your arrival should be an easy transition.

The apartment complex provides a leasing office, the on-site staff will be happy to help you with any questions you may have concerning the property, (apartment location, amenities, parking and general apartment information), they are not associated or work for AR National Short Term Housing and will not be able to answer any questions regarding your lease.

It's has been our pleasure to provide you with accommodations during your stay in Atlanta; we hope
everything has been to your satisfaction!

It is important you vacate the apartment by 11:
AM on the day of your departure since we may have new tenants schedule to check-in on the same day.

Below are the vacating procedures, should you have any questions do not hesitate to call.

Also if for some reason things have changed with your plans and you will need to extend your stay please let us know right away so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Vacating Procedures
1- Check out time is 11: AM on if you need a late check out time please contact our office ahead of time (770-614-2121) so we can make necessary arrangements.

2- Remove all your trash and personal items from the unit

3- Remove food from the refrigerator / pantry and dispose of it.
(You can leave any un-opened items for the maid service)

4- Run the dishwasher (you don’t have to unload the dishes)

5- Wash all the sheets and towels and leave folded on dryer, do not remake the bed

6- Place furniture and decor back to the same place if you moved anything

7- Clean the oven or start the self-clean on the oven before you vacate

**********KEY RETURN POLICY************

Leave the keys, parking permits and electronic devices on the kitchen counter and leave the apartment
unlocked. We will send someone in after you vacate to lock the unit and pick up the keys.

Replacement cost for not leaving the following items in your apartment on the day you vacate the unit:

1- Apartment keys …… $50.00 per set
2- Parking Decal …… $75.00 (if applicable)
3- Garage remote control ….. $100.00 (if applicable)
4- Electronic entrance device ….. $50.00 each

At the time of your arrival you will need to stop at the front entrance gate and locate the call box, there you will enter #0772 to open the gate or you can scroll down to AR National and click call, the second option will allow us to remotely open gate.

Once in the property locate your building, we will leave the front door of the unit unlocked with the keys and gate card on the kitchen counter.

The first number of your unit number corresponds to your building #. The second number corresponds to your floor level and unit number.

After Hour Check In:

If you plan on arriving after 6:00pm, please let our office know ahead of time so we canmake sure the on call agent is aware to expect you.

When you arrive at the property you will need tofollow the same check in procedures.

Note:

**Items such as Cleaning Supplies, Laundry Supplies and Bath Soaps and Shampoos are not Included Upon Arrival. If Desired, please advise and we can provide a welcome package for a cost of 100.00**

What is Included
General Questions
Parking:

Parking is general and unassigned, Parking is for residents only.

You can park anywhere in front of yourbuilding.

Parking spaces are based on a first come first serve basis.

Decals are not necessary
Mail Boxes:

The smaller key on the key ring will open your mail box.
Mailboxes are located in the mailbox stand located near
the leasing office at the front of property.

Internet conection:

Internet InformationWi-Fi Network Name and Wi-Fi Password
information is located on the side of the modem which isnext to
the TV in the living room or in the closet.
Packages:

All packages are delivered of to the onsite leasing office.

You can pick them up there during regularoffice hours.

AR National Short-Term Housing is not responsible for the sending and receiving of guestspackages.
Trash Pick up:

Valet trash is available Sunday through Thursday.

You are provided with a black valet trash can.

This can may be left outside your front door after 6:00 pm and brought back inside by 9:00 am the next morning.

Trash must be bagged in placed in black trash can.

Bags left on top of can or beside can will notbe picked up.

There will be a 50$ fine per violation.

For larger items there is a garbage compactorlocated at the front of property by exit gate.
